No, a credit card is required to make a reservation.

Check-in is 3:00pm – Monday thru Saturday. Sunday is 4pm so our housekeeping can attend church service.

Early check-in will be considered based on the cleaning schedule. Please call to check first.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Check out time is before 11:00 A.M. and must be strictly adhered to have cabin cleaned for other guests. (However, if we do not have anyone coming in behind you, we’re happy to allow a late check-out.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed driving directions along with the key code for the door. Please print these instructions when you receive them. Some cellular services do not work well in our area and you may not be able to access it from your phone. There is NOT a central check-in office with staff standing by. AT&T works well but Verizon does not.

No, we do not provide daily housekeeping services. Each cabin will be stocked with starter supplies. Please see our cabin rental policies regarding tidiness and damages.

All cabins are non-smoking cabins. Smokers are asked to use outside ashtrays and proper receptacles. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. If the cabin smells of smoke, or there is any evidence of smoking inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be processed on your credit card.

Our cabins are in Smithville, Oklahoma just off HWY 259N. Smithville is an unincorporated community 30 miles north of Broken Bow, OK. Our cabins are (25) minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Cedar Creek Golf Course, and several Hochatown restaurants.

Our cabins are fully furnished. The only thing you need to bring is personal hygiene items, food, and charcoal if cooking on outside grill. (By the way, our grill is both charcoal on one side and propane on the other) We will provide fully furnished kitchens, grills, towels and linens.

Currently, we are NOT allowing any pets at Rivers Bluff Cabins.

There is a brand-new Dollar General store that is stocked with food and other staple items and is only (3 mi) North of Rivers Bluff. Pruett’s Grocery in Broken Bow and Wal-Mart in Broken Bow are two other options. There are also several convenience stores located in the Hochatown area.

Yes. Hochatown is roughly 25min away and have various dining options.

There is something for everyone in the Broken Bow Lake/Beavers Bend State Park area! We have bass fishing, trout fishing, hunting, Cedar Creek Golf Course, river rafting/floating, boat and jet ski rentals, paddleboats, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, bumper boats, go carts, mini golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking, scuba diving, wine making, museums, wildlife watching and so much more!!

Yes. You MUST have a land access permit to ride on any of the Three Rivers Trails (Weyerhaeuser lands). Permits may be purchased at Walmart, Bruton’s Outdoors in Broken Bow, or at many of the local convenience stores. Be sure to obtain and understand the rules and regulations before riding the trails. ATVS ARE ALLOWED on our cabin properties; however, we ask that they just be used to get back and forth from the river and cabins and to use the land for any trail riding across the street of HWY 259.

Due to the location of our cabins in forested areas, there is a chance guests will encounter some type of wildlife, insects, and stray animals. Each property is professionally treated on a scheduled basis for interior pests, but due to the natural habitation of the forest, no refunds or compensation will be given for any problems resulting from pests inside or outside the cabin. Do not feed animals you may see around the cabin nor permit them to enter the cabin. Do not allow children to play with, pet or feed stray animals. We are not responsible for any wildlife or animal encounters of any kind. Rivers Bluff Cabins is not responsible for medical bills resulting from injuries resulting from encounters with wildlife or stray animals.
